Have your mechanic call the Claims Department at (800) 599-9557 to let them know what repairs need to be done. Once the plan has been verified and the repair is authorized, your mechanic will be paid over the phone with a corporate credit card. The process is that simple.

Your vehicles dealership or any repair facility of your choice in the United States or Canada providing the mechanic is A.S.E. Certified.

Call the emergency roadside assistance number in your service agreement and the nearest tow truck will be sent to your location.

Once it has been determined that the failed part is covered, you will be reimbursed for a rental car from the rental car agency of your choice under the terms and conditions stated in your service agreement.

Yes, even if you are no longer covered under the original manufacturer's warranty you can still qualify for an Extended Auto Protection plan. The level of coverage your vehicle will qualify for will depend on the current age, mileage and condition of the vehicle.

An Extended Auto Protection plan or an Extended Vehicle Service Agreement safeguards you from unexpected repair bills. It pays for covered mechanical and electrical parts when your car breaks down. Our plans pay for the cost of parts and repair labor.
